New Financial Reporting Options

Online financial reporting through the Southern Region Website

This option gives you the ability to complete your financial form on the website in lieu of using the paper version. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email confirmation from the Financial Secretary stating that your financial form has been received. Print and mail the confirmation along with PAYMENT to the Financial Secretary at the address below. Both form and payment MUST be received by the October 31st deadline or a late payment fee will be assessed. To get started, go to www.zpbsouth.com/online_financial.html

Microsoft Excel version of the Southern Region Financial Form

Send an email to the Financial Secretary to receive your copy. Fill out the financial form using Microsoft Excel and email it to the Financial Secretary. Once you have submitted your form, you will receive an email confirmation from the Financial Secretary stating that your financial form has been received. Print and mail the confirmation along with PAYMENT to the Financial Secretary at the address below. Both Form and Payment MUST be received by the October 31st deadline or a late payment fee will be assessed.

Paper copies of the Regional Financial Forms (pages 1 & 2 and instructions) may be downloaded from the Region website at www.zpbsouth.com/forms.html

All Financial Reports and Fees must be received no later than October 31 to avoid late charges. If at any time you have questions about your assessments, financial requirements, status of your membership, help on how to fill out the forms, suggestions and comments regarding the paper, online, or Excel versions of the financial forms, please feel free to contact the Financial Secretary at financial@zpbsouth.pair.com.



TIPS & HINTS

As you complete the forms (paper, online, or Excel), listed below are a few reminders, tips, and hints:
- Paper version: please type the form to ensure accurate name spellings for the membership cards. If typing is not possible, please print neatly. Chapter rosters are also acceptable.
- Online version: Use the TAB button to navigate across the form fields. Using the ENTER button will submit the form prematurely.
- Undergraduate chapters need to supply the name of the college or university if applicable.
- It is mandatory that Undergraduate members put both the permanent and school addresses.
- You must pay late fees if the form and payment is postmarked or received by the Financial Secretary after October 31st.
- Every graduate chapter is required to pay the Collegiate Development Contribution even if the chapter does not sponsor an undergraduate chapter. Please review this section of the Chart of Fees (ignore #14 on back of original multi-part paper form).
