Welcome to the Mighty Southern Region

Home of three past International Presidents: Lullelia Walker Harrison, Isabel Morgan Herson, and Barbara West Carpenter, Ph.D., the "Mighty" Southern Region is celebrating over 75 years of leadership and service. We are grateful for our wonderful Founders who laid the foundation over 85 years ago. They envisioned a great sisterhood based upon the principles of Sisterly Love, Scholarship, Service and Finer Womanhood and the "Mighty" Southern Region is proud to exemplify and exhibit the fruits of the seeds that were sown by the Five Pearls. We have reached this milestone through hard work, dedication and the vision of the first Regional Director -- Roberta F. Bell. And to all of the past Regional Directors who have paved the way for this occasion, you are the Torchbearers of a Legacy.
